After rebooting I got a Dell dialog box stating drivers were missing and that successfully cured the issue with the PCI Simple Communications Controller.Īs for the PCI Serial Port issue, the following took care of that. Net Framework 4 first so I downloaded that and then ran the Intel Driver
I had no luck at Dell support loading drivers so I went to INTEL and ran their driver update. Same here on my Latitude E6400 w/64 bitness Win7. So far I can't find anything specific on here either.
I have read other forums and tried to use the drivers they recommended, but to no avail. These are the devices that won't install.
